It comes with treble hooks attached to the head and tail, fish can't decide which end to smack. You can fish it with simple, lift/fall on a tight line, vertical or rip it in one foot jerks of the rod.... fish will more often inhale it in on the drop. You can also cast and jig them back on the retrieve.
